I have a passion for preventative care! This of course applies to helping you prepare for birth and decreasing your risk of birth injury. Work with me to prepare your body for birth through mobility exercises, personalized birthing position education, breath strategies, and perineal massage. Virtual and home visits available.
I love combining my physical therapy knowledge, my personal training background, and my experience as a running specialist to help women stay active throughout life!
